Terms of Service
Effective 5 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Nuvora Digital Hub Marketing Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Egypt under Commercial Register No. 11608 at the Ismailia Investment Commercial Register Office, with its address at 107 Al Tahrir Street, First District, Ismailia, Egypt ("Nuvora", "we", "us"). Nuvora Hub is the name under which we offer our products and services at nuvorahub.com.
You can reach us at support@nuvorahub.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to our software products, currently the Nuvora AI Admissions Agent and Nuvora Agency OS (the "Products"), to our website, and to any related support. Our custom services (software development, websites, automation and marketing) are provided under a separate written agreement or quote, and these terms apply to them only where that agreement says so.
If you use the Products on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and "you" means that organization.
3. Early access
Our Products are currently offered in early access. Features are being added and changed, and some features described on our website may be released in stages. We will tell you before purchase which features are included in your plan. During early access we do not offer a service-level commitment on availability, though we work to keep the Products available and your data safe.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for the actions of the people you invite to your workspace. Tell us promptly at support@nuvorahub.com if you believe an account has been used without permission.
5. Your data and your students' data
You keep all rights to the information you and your team put into the Products, including information about your students and leads ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share it, including any consent required from students, and from a parent or guardian where a student is a minor.
We process Customer Data only to provide and support the Products for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Each agency's Customer Data is kept separate from every other agency's. Our staff do not access your Customer Data without your permission, unless the law requires it.
6. AI features
The Nuvora AI Admissions Agent generates responses and suggestions automatically. It works from the information your agency provides and verifies, and it is designed to flag uncertain information and to pass complex or sensitive questions to your counselors. AI output can still be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for the advice your agency gives students.
Nothing in the Products is a guarantee of admission to any institution, of a visa, or of any immigration outcome, and nothing in the Products is legal or immigration advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Products to send unsolicited or deceptive messages, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to process data you have no right to process, to break the law or the rules of a messaging platform you connect (such as WhatsApp or Meta), or to attempt to access another customer's data or interfere with the Products' security.
8. Fees, billing and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Plans are billed yearly in advance in US dollars, at the price shown at checkout. Paddle may add sales tax or VAT depending on your location. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Founding prices are offered to a limited number of customers and may change for new customers after that; we will tell you before any change to the price you pay at renewal.
9. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Our intellectual property
We own the Products, their software, design and documentation. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Products for your agency's own business while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Products.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access if payment fails after reminders, or immediately if an account is used in breach of section 7 or puts other customers at risk. You may stop using the Products at any time.
When a subscription ends, your workspace becomes read-only for 90 days so you can export your Customer Data. After that period we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep certain records. Deleted data leaves our backups as those backups expire.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Products is limited to the amount you paid us for the Products in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Products develop. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you by email at least 30 days before they apply to your subscription.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be brought before the competent courts of Egypt, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring it elsewhere.
